Albert helped us find our first home. We were extremely picky and it took us about 8 months to decide on a place. During this time, Albert was nothing but patient and never pushy. He showed us close to 30 places and was always quick to answer our questions. To get the property we ended up liking, we had to go through an assignment sale, which is complicated. Albert put us in touch with a mortgage representative who can handle assignment sales, as well as a lawyer. We ended up running into complications with our builder AND lender right before closing. Albert helped us a great deal to overcome the issues, even though he didn't really have to. He is honest and good at what he does. We plan to work with him in the future and definitely recommend him.
